Objective To study the expression changes of apoptosis-related death receptor 4/5 (DR4/5) and FAS in articular cartilage tissue of large osteoarthritis. Methods Articular cartilage specimens of patients with major osteoarthritis (KBD group) were collected according to the diagnostic criteria of osteoarthritis, articular cartilage with primary osteoarthritis (OA group) was used as a case control and normal articular cartilage (NC group) was used as a healthy control, paraffin sections were prepared, and the expression of DR4/5 and FAS of important death receptors in the apoptosis pathway was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results On the surface of cartilage tissue, the rate of FAS-positive cells in KBD group and OA group was significantly higher than that in NC group, and there were no significant differences in DR4 and DR5ANDNC groups in KBD group. In the middle layer, the positive cell rates of FAS and DR4 in the KBD group and OA group were significantly higher than those in the NC group, and there was no difference in the DR5ANDNC groups in the KBD group. At the deep level, the rate of FAS-positive cells in KBD group was significantly higher than that in NC group, and the rate of DR4-positive cells in KBD group and OA group was significantly higher than that in NC group, and there was no difference in KBD group DR5ANDNC group. Conclusion FAS/DR4 is mainly expressed in deep and middle layers, suggesting that FAS/DR4-mediated cell death may be involved in the characteristic pathological changes of deep chondronecrosis.战争青春偶像Apoptosis, DR4/5, death receptor protein, osteoarthritis家庭犯罪Subject:奇幻High expression of FAS/DR4 death receptor membrane protein in cartilage tissue of patients with osteoarthritis_China S&T JournalsApoptosis, DR4/5, death receptor protein, osteoarthritis经典High expression of FAS/DR4 death receptor membrane protein in cartilage tissue of patients with osteoarthritis_China S&T Journals情景商战网剧Apoptosis, DR4/5, death receptor protein, osteoarthritis
