Journal NavigationWith the development of oil and gas wells to deep and ultra-deep depths, the geological conditions are becoming more and more complex, and mining is becoming more and more difficult, especially the high-temperature, high-pressure, and narrow-pressure window formations are prominent problems faced by cementing projects. During the cementing process of deep and ultra-deep pressure-sensitive formations, Exact control of cement slurry column pressure is the key to ensuring cementing safety AND the quality of cement ring separation. In order to explore the weight loss law and pressure transfer capacity of cement slurry in the solidification stage, a cementing slurry static column pressure evaluation device and a cement slurry pressure transfer efficiency evaluation method were established, and the hydration rate and static gelling strength of cement slurry of different thicknesses during the cement slurry hydration process were tested by combining microcalorimetry and ultrasonic static cementition strength meter, and finally the time-varying law of cement slurry weight loss and pressure transfer efficiency was analyzed. The results show that: (1) The solidification stage of the cement slurry system with good sedimentation stability can be divided into the stable stage of hydration-induced issue and the rapid reduction stage of hydration-accelerated issue according to its hydration process. (2) In the process of hydration induction, the static cementitious strength of the cement slurry in the suspended dispersion structure develops slowly, and its weight loss rate accelerates with the decrease of thickness, following the cementitious suspension theory, and the liquid cement slurry can efficiently and quickly transmit the top pressure at this stage, and the pressure transmission efficiency exceeds 95%. (3) In the acceleration of hydration, the cement slurry becomes a gel grid structure, and the hydration products enhance the strength of the gel grid and the cementing strength of its outer interface, transfer the solid-phase gravity and upper pressure value to the outer interface, reduce the pressure and pressure transfer efficiency of the hydrostatic column of the cement slurry, and finally make the cement slurry lose its pressure transmission ability. The conclusion is that the understanding of this law can provide experimental and theoretical support for the efficient implementation of the pressure holding and coagulation process in pressure-sensitive formations, and lay a solid foundation for the efficient development of deep and ultra-deep oil and gas.青春偶像Downloads:China S&T Journals犯罪Authors:Related PapersJournal Name:Subject:经典CollectionTime-varying Law of Pressure Transmission Efficiency in the Solidification Stage of Cement Slurry in Deep Well Cementing_China S&T JournalsViews:网剧Register
